Lewis Estates Community League invites you to attend our Annual General Meeting.
We invite all Lewis Estates Community League members in good standing to attend, as well as anyone interested in learning more about the organization.
There are several positions available for those looking for new ways to help serve and enrich our community.
The meeting will address the following:
Make sure to renew or purchase a membership before the meeting. Only members in good standing are eligible to vote. Memberships will also be available at the AGM. If you cannot attend but would like to vote please complete our proxy form and submit to [email protected].
We invite all Lewis Estates Community League members in good standing to attend, as well as anyone interested in learning more about the organization.
There are several positions available for those looking for new ways to help serve and enrich our community.
The meeting will address the following:
- Receive the president’s report, the financial statements and the report of the auditors for the past fiscal year.
- Elect new board directors (note: executive seats including President and Secretary voted on ODD years, Vice president and Treasurer voted on EVEN years) as well as General Directors at large (yearly).
- Transact any further business that is properly brought before the meeting or any adjournment thereof.
