All residents must unload their own vehicles in order to protect residents and volunteers during the COVID-19 pandemic. Residents must maintain physical distancing (2 metres/6 feet) and are encouraged to wear a mask.
Residents are reminded to secure their load properly by tying large items to their vehicle and covering loose material with a tarp.

Lewis Estates Community League will be hosting a big bin event for members with garbage bins and house hold and office electronics being accepted.

Large items, or unreasonable loads will be at the discretion of community league volunteers.
You must have a valid LECL Membership (can be purchased online www.efcl.org)
Materials Accepted
- Couches, chairs, mattresses and other household furniture items too large for curbside pickup
- Computers, televisions and other household or small office electronics (will be recycled)
- Yard waste, including branches no longer than 1.2 metres (4 feet) by 0.75 metres (2.5 feet) in diameter
Materials Not Accepted
- Commercial waste
- Household hazardous waste - please take to an Eco Station, they will be accepted at no charge
- No fridges or freezers
