LECL 2025 ​Community Bin Event

Hi Tech Recycling and Edmonton Goodwill will be on site!

A current LECL Community League Membership is required for this event! You may purchase a membership on site, or online HERE before you arrive.

Please have your number ready for the volunteers in order to check in.

NOTE: Residents are reminded to secure their load properly by tying large items to their vehicle and covering loose material with a tarp.

Lewis Estates Community League will be hosting a big bin event for members with garbage bins and house hold and office electronics being accepted.

Materials Accepted:

• Couches, chairs, mattresses and other household furniture items too large for curbside pickup
• Computers, televisions and other household or small office electronics (will be recycled)
• Yard waste, including branches no longer than 1.2 metres (4 feet) by 0.75 metres (2.5 feet) in diameter
• Edmonton GoodWill, scroll down for guidelines in image below.
• HI-Tech Recyclers, scroll down for guidelines in image below

Materials Not Accepted:

• Commercial waste
• Household hazardous waste – please take to an Eco Station, they will be accepted at no charge
• No fridges or freezers

Large items, or unreasonable loads will be at the discretion of community league volunteers.
