Indoor Soccer

Tentative Start Date: October 17, 2026

• The start date and days of play are tentative and are subject to change.
• U13 – U19 play citywide; travel will be required to communities in the Greater Edmonton area (St. Albert, Sherwood Park, Stony Plain, Spruce Grove).

Late Registrations may be placed on a waitlist until teams have been formed.
Waitlist players will be placed on teams that have availability.

Registrations are not complete until payment has been made or proof of a funding application with Kidsport or Jumpstart has been submitted to [email protected] or a payment plan is in place. Financial Aid Information available.

NOTE: If you are trying out for Club but want to have a spot held for a Community team please select CLUB PREFERRED on your registration. You must pay the Community Fees. If you want to play CLUB only, please select CLUB ONLY on your registration and do NOT pay any fees. Select “Other” as your payment option. If you are wanting to transfer to another Zone or Club (other than the Warriors) and you pay the fee you will be charged a fee for the refund/transfer.

Registration steps

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: PRIOR TO REGISTERING YOUR CHILD FOR SOCCER, IF THEY WILL BE TRYING OUT FOR ANY CLUB TEAMS BUT YOU WOULD LIKE A SPOT HELD IN COMMUNITY (MUST BE PAID BY SEPTEMBER 4, 2026), PLEASE REGISTER WITH THE EMSA WEST ZONE FIRST. https://portal.emsamain.com/login

STEP 1: Community League Membership

• A community membership is required at this time to register. Purchase your membership from Lewis Estates
• The number on that card will be needed to register 

STEP 2: Register online starting August 4, 2026

1. Create a Members Account at https://portal.emsamain.com/
2. Add/register your player(s) and/or team officials

STEP 3: Payment

All payments for Indoor Soccer are paid to the EMSA West

Please note: Registration is not finalized until payment has been received

Payment Options:

• Online – American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Debit
• In-person – Cash or Cheque (e-transfers to [email protected] also accepted)
  
  • Note: Registration must be completed online prior to coming to the zone office to pay. We do not have the ability to register your child at our office.
• Other Options:
  
  • Payment Plan – 50% down once your child is registered, 2nd payment by October 1, and final payment by November 1. Contact [email protected] for arrangements to be made by September 4, 2026.
  • KidSport Funding: Confirmation must be received by September 4, 2026 to be placed on a team. If confirmation is not received by September 4, 2026, then payment or payment arrangement is to be made. Once approval is received, we will refund the difference back to the parent. – Click here for more information.
  •  Their Opportunity Funding: As per above, confirmation must be received by September 4, 2026.  Click here for more information.
• No refunds after September 30, 2026

Important Notes:

• All registrations completed and paid after September 4, 2026, are considered Late Registration. Players will be placed on a waitlist while teams are being formed. Team information and rosters will be tentatively released to coaches on October 1, 2026.
• Teams are normally formed based on your child’s year of birth. However, EMSA West allows special requests on your registration form, but know that it is simply not possible to accommodate all requests. While we do our best to grant requests, there are no guarantees that player placement requests are met.
  
  • Team Formation Policy/Special Requests
  • The season tentatively starts on October 17, 2026. Regular season play runs through January/February 2027.
  • Late registrants will be added to the waitlist. If space is available, you will be contacted by phone.
  • $35 late fee for registrations after September 4, 2026.
  • Spots are not held.
