Annual General Meeting

The Executive Board of the Lewis Estates Community League officially invites all members to attend our Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Tuesday, October 3rd, 2026. This is the single most important meeting of the year, providing you, our valued members, with a direct voice in the direction, finances, and future operations of our community league.

The AGM will be held at Browns Socialhouse (see address/map below), with sign-in beginning promptly at 10:30am. The formal meeting will commence at 10:30am. Please bring proof of membership, as voting rights are reserved for active Lewis Estates Community League members. If you are unsure of your membership status, please contact our Membership Director prior to the meeting.

During the meeting, the board will present the past year’s activity report, the league’s audited financial statements, and our goals for the upcoming year. This is your chance to learn exactly how your membership fees and fundraising efforts are being utilized to support programs like our Movie Night in the Park, youth sports, and facility maintenance. Furthermore, several key volunteer board positions are up for election. If you are passionate about giving back and guiding the future of Lewis Estates, we encourage you to review the open positions and consider running.
